What should I bring?
Swimwear, a towel, sunscreen (reef-safe if possible), sunglasses and some cash for extras. For safari: comfortable clothes and a scarf for the dust.
What time is hotel pickup?
Pickup time depends on your hotel location and the trip. After booking we send you the exact time on WhatsApp.
Is hotel pickup free?
Pickup is free from any hotel in Hurghada. Pickups from these areas have an extra transfer fee:

Are the trips suitable for children?
Most trips suit families, such as submarines, the dolphin show and island trips. Tell us your children’s ages and we will suggest the best options.
Sea trips
I can’t swim. Can I still snorkel?
Let us know before the trip so we can suggest the right option and prepare what you need.
Are dolphin sightings guaranteed?
No. Dolphins are wild animals. On the Dolphin House trip the chance of seeing them is about 80%.
What if the weather is bad?
Your safety comes first. If the sea isn’t suitable, we contact you to move the trip to another day or find another solution.

Do I need a licence to drive the buggy?
No licence is needed. Your guide explains everything before you start.
What’s the difference between a buggy and a spider car?
You drive the buggy alone or with a partner. The spider car seats 4 people who take turns driving.
Booking & payment
How do I book?
Tap “Book on WhatsApp” on the trip page or send a booking request on the website, and we will confirm the details quickly.
How do I pay?
You pay in cash on the day of the trip. We confirm all details when you book.
Can I cancel or change the date?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp as early as possible. See our cancellation policy for details.
